We hire employees, not subcontractors, and right now we're primarily looking for welders and people with welding experience. If you can run a MIG or TIG gun, read drawings, and take pride in clean, accurate metalwork, there's a spot for you in our Toronto shop.
Who We're Hiring
Welders & Fabricators, On Our Payroll
Every role here is a shop employee position. We don't take subcontractors. What we look for most is hands-on welding and metal fabrication experience.
Metal Fabricators
Hands-on fabricators who can cut, form, fit, and finish steel to spec. Comfortable with saws, brakes, plasma, grinders, and layout, and able to build it right the first time.
Shop Hands & Helpers
Reliable shop hands and helpers who want to learn the trade. If you show up, work hard, and want to grow into welding and fabrication, we will teach you.
Estimating & Office
People who can help run a job on paper, drawings, quoting, materials, and scheduling, and keep the shop and our clients on the same page.
