What to expect from electropolishing
Weld tint addressed
Stainless weld areas can hold heat tint and contamination after fabrication. Electropolishing helps clean and brighten those zones when the finished part must stay sanitary-looking.
Edges easier to clean
Brackets, drain covers, tables, and grates with smoother stainless surfaces are easier to wipe down. That matters where residue, moisture, or cleaning chemicals are part of the work area.
Process planned after fabrication
Holes, welds, bends, and final fit need to be completed before electropolishing. Cutting or welding afterward defeats the purpose of the finished surface.

The Grate Guys builds electropolishing around drawings, measurements, traffic duty, finish exposure, and installation constraints using mild steel, structural steel, galvanized finish, powder-coat, stainless details, or aluminum where the site calls for it, made to order in our Toronto shop, licensed, insured, and WSIB-covered, with a workmanship warranty on every order, supplied and installed across the GTA and shipped Canada-wide.
