Wear areas reinforced
Impact zones, discharge lips, and lower corners take the most abrasion. Replaceable liners, thicker plate, or reinforced edges are used where material strikes repeatedly.
Access for cleanout
Inspection doors, removable panels, and cleanout points are planned where material can jam. A sealed chute with no access becomes a maintenance problem.
Mounts fit the equipment
Flanges, tabs, bolt patterns, and support frames are matched to conveyors, bins, or process equipment. A chute must connect cleanly at both ends.
