Best for exterior steel
Galvanizing is used on grates, frames, railings, guards, and outdoor steel exposed to salt, rain, and snow. It protects surfaces that paint may not survive well.
Threads and fits protected
Bolted assemblies, tapped holes, and tight slip fits need planning before galvanizing. Zinc build-up can change clearances if the part is not detailed correctly.
Cutting after avoided
Field cuts and late holes expose raw steel after galvanizing. We try to finalize notches, lifting points, and bolt holes before coating.
