What to expect from window security grilles
Bars resist forced entry
Bar size, spacing, welds, and anchor depth are chosen around the risk at the opening. Thin decorative bars do not provide the same security.
Light remains usable
Grille pattern is planned so the window still provides light and visibility where needed. Security should not make the interior feel unnecessarily blocked.
Exterior finish protected
Rain, sill water, and condensation attack grilles at welds and anchors. Powder coat, galvanized steel, or stainless hardware are selected around exposure.
