Adjustable feet, base plates, anchors, and shims are selected around sloped slabs and washdown floors. The conveyor has to level out even when the building floor does not.
Guarding points kept open
Frames are detailed so side guards, drip pans, sensors, and maintenance covers can still mount where needed. The structure should not block the controls that make the conveyor usable.
Sections sized for handling
Long conveyor frames are broken into manageable shop-built sections for shipping and plant access. Bolted joints make replacement or future layout changes easier.
